Kitty Wallace

Kitty Wallace serves as a executive vice president of Colliers International in Los Angeles. She has been named "Los Angeles County's number one multifamily agent" by Pierce-Eislen. Her strong adhesion to company standards and business plans, coupled with client dedication, has lead to an extremely successful career as the best broker in her market area each year.

Kitty recently joined Colliers in January 2010 to help build their multifamily and institutional business. Prior to working at Colliers, Kitty served as senior vice president of Sperry Van Ness since 1997, where she set and exceeded performance standards within Sperry Van Ness and in the commercial real estate industry as a whole. As such, Wallace's sales have significantly increased each year - a 66 percent increase from 2004 to 2005; and a total sales volume of $210 million in 2005.

In the past three years, she has closed over 100 multi-million dollar transactions making her the #1 multifamily agent in L.A. County and record holder for its highest ever cost-per-unit and cost-per-square foot. She is also among the top 1 percent of 1 percent of investment brokers in the nation. Wallace's average listing closes in 3.8 months and at 98.6 percent of list price.

For five of the last six years, Wallace earned #1 multifamily advisor in the country for Sperry Van Ness. And, for six years running, she has earned the #2 ranked Sperry Van Ness agent for all product types, nation wide. Wallace's additional awards included: Rookie of the Year; Trainer of the Year; Agent of the Month for 11 consecutive months; and Agent of the Quarter.

Wallace is a member of the Board of University of Southern California (USC) LUSK Center and the IRETO Advisory Council. She earned a bachelor's degree in the entrepreneur program with an emphasis in finance from USC.
