Kitty is a Senior Executive Vice President at Colliers, spearheading the investment sales of multifamily properties, including land development, condominium conversions, student housing, affordable properties, and unique assets across the Western U.S., emphasizing Southern California.  Throughout her career, Kitty has closed over 800 multifamily transactions totaling over $3 billion. Andy brings nearly 20 years of expertise in brokerage and acquisitions, focusing on multifamily properties throughout California, specifically the Greater Bay Area. Before joining his sister, Kitty, and the Kitty Wallace Team, he was on the principal side, spearheading multifamily and mobile home park acquisitions. He was also responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling while contributing to the strategic management of a substantial real estate portfolio. In total besides the 2000 units and $535M done with the Wallace team- 722 units and $300M of that was done on her own. She also received Vanguards up and coming star award in 2022.

Experience
Dominic previously served as a Field Research Analyst at CBRE, where he supported top-performing brokers in the San Francisco East Bay market by collecting, analyzing, and presenting actionable commercial insights. His role involved developing nuanced analysis and materials to aid in commercial leasing, investments, and location decisions. Dominic's expertise extends into corporate finance and financial derivatives from prior internships, where he engaged in treasury, financial planning and analysis, and bookkeeping, as well as financial derivative strategies, respectively.
