Kitty Wallace, an executive vice president at Colliers International Group Inc., said Marina del Rey and the surrounding markets were still seeing demand despite Covid-19. She added that the area is home to a lot of tech workers “who have found an easy transition to work from home. We have a tremendous amount of high-income earners” in the area, she added.
